Design Style
This crepe kiosk is 18 ft x 9 ft. Its overall design is simple and modern, incorporating a fresh Japanese aesthetic. The brand logo is displayed behind the kiosk, a striking red circle with black fonts. The main color of the kiosk is white, and it is embellished with wooden elements, creating a clean, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. The design also blends perfectly with the pillars of the mall. The overall design is consistent with consumers’ experience of light meals such as crepes, conveying a refined and healthy brand concept.

Layout Planning
This crepe kiosk features a front sales counter and a back operation counter with a backboard. The back counter gets cooking equipment, including a crepe maker, ice bin, refrigeration, and two built-in sinks. The work surface and integrated equipment facilitate smooth operation of the entire crepe-making process, from picking and preparing ingredients to frying and assembling.
A transparent glass display case in the front clearly showcases finished and semi-finished crepes, attracting customers’ attention. Inside the display case is a topping station where customers can add their preferred toppings. A cash register helps staff do ordering and payment, ensuring a quick response from staff.

Material selection
The countertop of the kiosk is made of white artificial stone, which is easy to clean and wear-resistant. This stone can effectively resist water and oil stains that may be generated during the crepe-making process, making daily maintenance more convenient. The white material also creates a fresh and clean atmosphere for the operation area and enhances the sense of hygiene. The base of the kiosk is made of light-colored wood grain with built-in light strips, adding a touch of warmth and neutralizing the coldness of white. The relatively soft texture of wood enhances the comfort of customers. The treated wood surface is durable and can withstand daily wear and tear in a commercial environment.
Transparent glass covers the display area that not only separates the space but also does not block the view. It makes the production process clear at a glance, enhancing customers’ confidence in food safety and craftsmanship. The walls of the operation area are paved with white tiles, which are waterproof and easy to clean and meet the hygiene requirements of catering services. The shelves, skirting, etc., are all made of stainless steel that is sturdy and durable.
