Design style

This is a 10 ft x 20 ft juice kiosk in a shopping mall. This juice kiosk presents a distinct style that blends modern simplicity with natural freshness. From the perspective of the exterior facade, it extensively employs the pattern element of orange slices. The orange slice decoration directly highlights the core business of selling juice and also infuses the space with a lively and cheerful atmosphere. This is in line with the fresh and healthy feeling conveyed by juice products. The overall design discards complex decorations and uses simple lines and blocks to form the spatial form, creating a refreshing and neat atmosphere. At the same time, by combining natural elements such as hanging green plants, the natural attributes of fresh juice are further strengthened, which can quickly attract consumers’ attention.

Layout planning

The layout kiosk adopts semi-open and semi-enclosed styles. On the side facing consumers, the kiosk is equipped with multiple wooden high stools and corresponding bar counter areas. Here, a leisure space has been formed where customers can temporarily stop and enjoy juice. This layout not only facilitates communication and ordering between customers and staff but also provides customers with a comfortable place to rest during shopping breaks.

The internal operation areas, however, are relatively concentrated. One can see the equipment needed for making juice and display cabinets, etc. A reasonable layout of operation space helps staff carry out processes such as juice making and packaging efficiently. On one side of the kiosk, there is also an embedded refrigerated cabinet to store fresh fruits, allowing customers to see the raw materials of the juice. The electronic display screen on the stage also provides a promotional position for the popular juice products. In addition, there are large supermarkets such as Woolworths and pharmacies and other shops around the kiosk, which can effectively increase its exposure and customer flow by taking advantage of the foot traffic from the surrounding shops.

Material application

The countertop and some of the cabinet bodies of the kiosk are made of materials with a texture similar to concrete. This material not only has excellent durability but can also withstand wear and tear as well as collisions during daily use. Moreover, the grey tone has a rustic feel of an industrial style and is also easy to clean. The wall sections are covered with long green tiles. Ceramic tile material is easy to clean and maintain and can keep a clean and tidy appearance for a long time. The green tone echoes the themes of nature and health, matching the attributes of juice products. Meanwhile, green also adds a touch of fresh color to the space, alleviating the coldness brought by other hard materials in the shopping mall.

The decoration uses wooden materials to create a three-dimensional decoration of orange slices. The natural texture and warm feel of the wooden materials bring a soft atmosphere to the space. The high stools used by customers are also made of wood. This kind of chair not only offers a comfortable sitting experience, but also the warm and mellow texture of the wood can make customers feel a sense of closeness when they touch it. The downlights installed in the dining area can illuminate the food when customers are having meals, enhancing the atmosphere of the food.
