Design concept
The size of this hat kiosk is 18 ft * 10 ft. The simple rectangular design is very practical, creating a transparent and open atmosphere. The large display area is combined with reasonable lighting to focus on the hat products themselves. The design makes it easy for consumers to browse and choose. “Custom Lids” is the core logo, which is prominently set on the pillars and top edges of the kiosk. The logo quickly conveys brand information through a unified dark blue background with white fonts. Exclusive visual symbols enhance the brand’s recognition in the hat retail scene.

Space layout
From the layout point of view, the display area occupies the main space of the kiosk and adopts a multi-layer display rack. Vertically, different height shelves can distinguish hat categories, such as regular baseball caps, special style hats, etc. At the same time, horizontally, color zoning makes it easier for consumers to quickly filter by color preferences and improve shopping efficiency. In terms of lighting design, the built-in light strips on the shelves illuminate each hat, highlighting the material and details.
The layout of the cashier counter and custom equipment area is compact and reasonable. The cashier counter is close to the entrance and exit, which is convenient for consumers to check out quickly after completing the purchase. Customized equipment such as embroidery machines is adjacent to the display area. On the one hand, consumers can directly see the customization process; on the other hand, when the staff is operating, they can respond to consumers’ inquiries about customization needs at any time.

Material application
The main frame mainly uses medium-density fiberboard as the base material of the lids kiosk. And the surface is high-gloss white and blue paint. The overall strength is high and the weight is light, which can ensure the structural stability of the kiosk and cope with external forces in daily use. The surface is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant and is suitable for high-frequency use in retail scenarios and environmental changes such as different temperatures and humidity in shopping malls.
The display rack shelves and side panels are mainly using painted medium-density fiberboard. Some shelves and surfaces are transparent glass. The tempered glass with a strong texture and high transparency allows the hat to stand out without obstruction while increasing the sense of space hierarchy. The seats and equipment protective covers in the operation area use durable fabrics, which are comfortable and easy to maintain. In the lighting system, the light strips and spotlights use energy-saving LED light sources with long life and low energy consumption.
