Design Concept

This is a 15 ft * 10 ft T-shirt kiosk. Overall, this kiosk is simple, efficient, and has an effective display design. It integrates product display and customization services. It not only meets the needs of quickly attracting customers’ attention but also can efficiently complete the T-shirt customization transaction process. The kiosk adopts L-shaped, enclosed, and other layout forms to maximize the use of the limited area. The display area surrounds the operation area, shortening the customer’s path from selection to customization communication. The vertical direction is different from the ordinary rectangular T-shirt kiosk. This unique display design is more humane and convenient for customers to choose.

Layout Planning

The large area outside the kiosk is the display area. It displays various customized T-shirt samples in an orderly manner through a multi-layer and multi-grid display structure. A T-shirt is displayed on each grid, and only the different patterns printed on the T-shirt are displayed. At the same time, the panel displaying the T-shirt can be taken down for customers to experience the fabric and printing process up close.

The operation area is located inside the kiosk and can be equipped with computers, printers, T-shirt printing equipment, etc. The computer is used for customers to design patterns and place orders. The printer can output the design draft for confirmation. Professional printing equipment can realize the production of T-shirts from design to finished products, making the customization process intuitive and efficient. The storage area is hidden in the cabinets around the operation area, which is used to store blank T-shirts and printing consumables to ensure the supply of materials. At the same time, the kiosk is kept clean and tidy to avoid clutter affecting the customer experience.

Material selection

This kiosk is mainly made of high-density board. High-density board has a uniform texture and is easy to process and can also make a simple straight line shape. The surface is high-gloss white paint, which is flat, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. At the same time, the white high-gloss paint can keep the surface clean and beautiful and make the space brighter and more open. The kiosk is embedded with the logo and promotional light box, and the outer shell is a metal frame combined with a light box cloth. The metal frame ensures the stability of the structure, and the lightbox cloth can flexibly change the promotional content.

The equipment in the operation area is connected with the cabinet and the countertop, and the material compatibility is emphasized. For example, the countertop reserves equipment installation grooves and holes to facilitate the hiding of the lines. At the same time, the cabinet body uses rubber strips to seal the edges to reduce the impact of equipment vibration.
