Design concept

The total size of this cookie kiosk is 30 ft * 10 ft. Its design revolves around the brand “Great American Cookies.” It uses a bright pink frame as the visual core, matched with the pink and white font of the brand name. The color scheme not only echoes the lively and sweet tone of the brand but also quickly grabs attention in the commercial environment. The open structure combined with the transparent glass fence creates an open and friendly consumption atmosphere. This allows customers to directly see the fresh production process, enhancing consumer trust and experience.

Layout planning

The central and rear areas of this kiosk are the core operation areas. There are ovens, grills, and other equipment for convenient cookie making at the back operation area. The oven is close to the multi-layer baking tray rack for easy food retrieval and baking circulation. The coffee machine, ice maker, and refrigeration equipment are close to the food delivery area. So it is convenient to make ice products and store raw materials. The overall operation line ensures a smooth connection from baking to sales.

The glass display cabinet in the front facilitates the display and trading of finished cookies. The curved chiller clearly displays various biscuits, and the light and shade are useful to set off the desire to buy. The counter has the functions of cashiering and temporarily placing goods to optimize the customer shopping experience. Sinks, cleaning tools, etc. are at the edge of the operation area, which is convenient for timely cleaning of utensils and countertops and maintaining the hygiene of the operation area.

Material application

The pink frame of the kiosk is a wooden painted board, which is lightweight and easy to build. The pink coating is anti-corrosive and suitable for long-term use in commercial spaces. The glass fence uses 8 mm tempered glass, which is transparent and safe, has strong impact resistance, and is easy to clean. The operating table is white artificial stone, which is wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean.

The light wood cabinet body uses high-density board veneer, which has a warm appearance and creates a warm texture. Some walls are paved with small white square bricks, which are classic materials for catering spaces. The porcelain surface is waterproof, oil-proof, and easy to clean. The small-sized bricks are visually neat. All logos are acrylic in a backlit style. There are also two soft film publicity lightboxes on both sides of the display stand, where you can put car menus or publicity pictures. The skirting is made of 10 mm silver stainless steel.
