Structure and Durability
The kiosk‘s outer shell likely uses high – quality laminate. Laminate’s scratch and stain – resistant properties ensure the kiosk maintains its appealing look even with heavy use. It also offers a wide range of color options, giving the kiosk its bright and consistent appearance.
Inside, the cooking area features stainless – steel surfaces. We choose stainless steel in food – service setups because it’s easy to clean, resists corrosion from food acids and moisture, and can handle high temperatures. The fryer, ventilation hood, cabinets, and storage areas in the cooking zone likely use this material for long – lasting durability.

The countertop in the dispensing and transaction areas probably consists of food – grade acrylic or a solid – surface material. These non – porous materials prevent bacteria growth and are simple to sanitize, which is crucial in a food – serving environment. They also provide a smooth and attractive surface for presenting churros and handling transactions.
